शृगालः भेरी च

अन्वेष्य सत्यं जानीयात् — भयं तु अज्ञानजन्म।
anveṣya satyaṃ jānīyāt — bhayaṃ tu ajñānajanma.
“Investigate and know the truth — for fear is born only of ignorance”
A Strange Sound
एकः शृगालः वनात् निर्गच्छत्। सः एकं भेरीं पश्यति। वायुना शाखा भेरीं ताडयति। बूम् बूम् इति महान् शब्दः भवति।
A jackal came out of the forest. He saw a big drum lying on the ground. The wind made a branch strike the drum. BOOM! BOOM! A great sound filled the air.
