नारीवाद — इयं संज्ञा सावित्रीकाले नासीत्। किन्तु भावः — सः आसीत् — तस्याः प्रत्येकस्मिन् कर्मणि। स्त्री पुरुषेण सह समा — इदं तत्त्वम् सावित्री न उक्तवती। सा तत् जीवितवती — प्रतिदिनं, प्रतिकार्यं। जीवनं शब्दात् शक्तिमत्तरम् — सा इदम् अज्ञापयत्।
Nārīvāda (नारीवादः — feminism) — this saṃjñā (संज्ञा — concept) did not exist in Savitribai's time. But the bhāva (भावः — spirit/essence) — it was present — in her every action. Woman is equal to man — this tattva (तत्त्वम् — truth) Savitribai did not just speak. She lived it — every day, in every deed. Life is more powerful than words — she taught this.
