Common intermediate-level junctions to recognise
e → a+i or a+ī | o → a+u | o (from aḥ) → reverse to aḥ | sv → su+ā | y → i+vowel
परमेश्वर → परम + ईश्वर
parameśvara → parama + īśvara
supreme + lord = Parameśvara (Guṇa a+ī→e)
इत्यादि → इति + आदि
ityādi → iti + ādi
"thus" + beginning = et cetera (Yāṇ i→y before ā)
सदाचार → सत् + आचार
sadācāra → sat + ācāra
true + conduct = good conduct (Jaśtva t→d before ā)
महोत्सव → महा + उत्सव
mahotsava → mahā + utsava
great + festival = grand festival (Guṇa ā+u→o)
रामो गच्छति → रामः + गच्छति
rāmo gacchati → rāmaḥ + gacchati
Rāma goes (Visarga aḥ→o before g)
